Home home on the range.....

Where the flowers bloom and palm trees sway...... not exactly the words of the original poem/song from 1873, but my version in this case. Mr H aka Dennis is finally home. The final result of all the poking and prodding is that he did indeed experience a small TIA. Everything was handled quickly and the hospital staff were wonderful. Until his last 2 hours as a patient he was in as a private patient on the small Cardiac unit. So happy to have him home. I was answering the telephone when he disappeared but where did I see him? well out in the garden of course! There he was watering plants. In the morning I did go out to top off the pond and feed his fish. I looked about but thought well, everything will be fine until later...later came quickly. The hot sun beat down for the several hours before this (temp was 80) so here they were drooping and in need of the Cardiac Unit at Banner. I also forgot to water a house plant that he has and that one definitely looked like it had a stroke. But Dennis watered everything and that one looks normal today...the garden, well, that will need some ICU care. To be serious, he is doing well and no obvious signs of difficulty. Very lucky  ...yes we are.  I did manage to get lots of stitching in on Pink Lady. I do believe she will be finished today. Poor Red is still wandering lost in the woods but at least the wolf hasn't gotten there. The scent of orange blossoms is heavy in  the morning air, and we do not have any orange trees,  I leave you with this Tree Mallow bloom
the tree is in full bloom. Have a wonderful day. Thank you for your hugs, kind words and friendship especially these past few days that I really needed them.
Spring Forward.....
Did you remember to turn your clocks forward....we in Arizona do not follow Daylight savings time.

So glad to hear that things are back to 'regular programming' again for both of you! There is nothing better than being at home, especially after a hospital stay.
The tree mallow bloom is beautiful.
Enjoy your day.
We're headed for low 60's, sunshine and yes we did spring forward that hour.

So glad Mr H is back home. I expect he didn't want to stay in too long knowing his garden needed him!

Glad Mr. H is feeling better. Scary stuff that is. Orange blossoms must smell divine. We're headed to the Renaissance Festival in two weeks, so I must smell the air!

I'm glad your husband is back home Grace, it's easier to cope when you know exactly what the problem is and it's good that there's no lasting damage.
