My hubby Dennis and I moved here to Arizona in 2004 from Rhode Island...from the ocean to the desert in 6 days. It was a very long drive....a Penske truck with a car carrier and 2 dogs. In 2005, my beloved schnauzer Sherlock Holmes went over Rainbow Bridge. Our pug Zoe joined Sherlock I 2012. I have learned to relax more. I have since retired from my part-time job. This is wonderful because I get to read more, stitch more ad bead more. I read mostly mysteries but any good book in my hands is reason to read for hours. I love all hand work but mostly do counted cross stitch and beading. My loving Denny died on June 21, 2017. I am still adjusting to being alone. I hate the word widow so never use it. The Brother Alan will be moving here with me I October, 2019...counting the days.
