This is week three with Jenny's The Gentle Art of Domesticity and she set the following for us to respond to....
To PONDER...
What do you regularly observe in life that triggers your creativity?
I love being out in my garden. There are always flowers in bloom and birds chatting. There are so many shades of green along with floral colors and it is easy to include them in my creative projects.
Has this week's study encouraged you to 'see' art differently?
Yes it has. While it is nice to see the ladies in a group setting, it is also okay to be solitary in our work and enjoy it. All that we do is art.... not just paintings or drawings and the like. What we create is art...knitting, sewing and even cooking.
What did you like about the three paintings Jane chose to focus on?
I like the busy hands and minds. I try to listen to their conversations...imagine what is being discussed as will happen when a few ladies are together.
What creative afternoon ideas can you suggest for children (of varying ages)?
I hope you will stop by Jenny's blog and follow the links to the others who are taking part in this project.
Thank you for stopping by and for your kind thoughts. Thank you for your friendship.
