Cloudy morning with beads on my tray

A cloudy start to the day and black coffee. When I made my coffee this morning I forgot to add the meager amount of milk that I usually have and then realized that I was drinking my coffee black. I may be onto something new for me. Anyway, and update on the MIA bunny is that he is still MIA. His spot is empty and who knows maybe he went on vacation to another area of the courtyard. It is nature and we learn to adjust.... but I do miss that cute bunny.
I am ready for the next phase of the removed cupboards...patching the holes left from the screws. Last year Don showed me how to fill in using spackling.... I do have a tool that I need to look for but if all else fails I have a plastic knife. I will need to pull out the fridge to reach the area and I will definitely do so slowly. This is maybe today or tomorrow or the weekend. I am learning not to be impatient.... I am trying to be more patient.
I have been so pleased with myself...here is my new beading project...a 5 pointed dimensional peyote star. Well, it is the start of it. The piece in the center is one completed point and I am working on piece #2. I love working with tiny delica beads. I am working on a plain one and will make a few like this until I am totally comfortable with the process then move on the one with a design. There are 10 pieces to form the star. I love this dimensional beading so I can see more of it on my beading tray.
I see a little sun beginning to appear. It will be a warm day, actually still hot weather.  I hope the temps start to cool for the arrival of The Brother Alan and Lisa in 12 days...12 more days.

Lisa has not been feeling well so I am hoping that by the time they board the plane she is okay. There is a horse out here waiting to take her on a tail ride. they will be trying a new stable because the usual one is not riding here in The Valley during the hot weather. They are up North until the end of September and it is a distance to  drive. One day I am sure they will take the drive and it will be an overnight trip, just to make it more enjoyable. The area is about 2 hours North and we have gone there to a rodeo and it was tiring after a full day to drive home at nightfall. Anyway, soon they will be here. I am happy that you are here visiting. Thank you for your kind words and for your friendship.
😟Special request....sis Lynowl, friend Glenda and Lisa need special thoughts as they all are not feeling well. Please keep them in your thoughts.

Your bead work is so lovely, Gracie. Dan uses a plastic knife when he fills holes. I think it's just easier for him to grab one rather than go out in the garage and find the tool!

I am praying for all three of these dear ladies.
It is not looking good for the little bunny. :(

Gracie, can you please wait for Alan to move the refrigerator? I don't want you hurting yourself before their visit.
